Here's a delicious little yin sequence for stress relief. Turn down the lights, keep it quiet and let yourself slow down. Get that stress OUT of your body!!

This sequence is mainly focused on our water element and works to balance your kidney & urinary bladder energy lines. ⁠⠀

As you practice, it can help to imagine a sensation of weightlessness and allowing all of your weight to be held without you needing to keep holding yourself tightly wound and in control. ⁠⠀
