This sequence is mainly focused on our water element and works to balance your kidney & urinary bladder energy lines. ⠀

As you practice, it can help to imagine a sensation of weightlessness and allowing all of your weight to be held without you needing to keep holding yourself tightly wound and in control. ⠀
